Convert PDF bank statements to QBO, Excel or CSV.

Built for the statements banks actually send.

Reconciliation

Every page balances before it exports

Opening balance, every transaction, closing balance. A page that does not reconcile is flagged, not silently passed through.

Web Connect

A real .qbo file, not a renamed CSV

Valid OFX 1.02 with QuickBooks Web Connect headers. Online, Desktop and Self-Employed import it as a standard bank feed.

OCR

Scans and photos, read line by line

OCR runs before parsing. A phone photo of a paper statement comes out the same as a digital PDF.

Volume

Hundreds of statements in one batch

Bulk upload for firms with client backlogs. Each file gets its own reconciliation check and its own exports.

Locked files

Password-protected PDFs handled

You are prompted for the password on upload. Multi-column and multi-page layouts are fine too.

Exports

XLSX and CSV in the same download

One conversion, three files. The .qbo for QuickBooks, the spreadsheet for review, the CSV for everything else.

Precision where it counts.
Proof when it matters.

The math actually balances

Most converters scrape rows and ignore the running balance. You end up reconciling the tool's mistakes instead of the bank's books. BankQBO reads a statement the way a bookkeeper does, and refuses to export a page that does not add up.

How to import bank statements into QuickBooks

Three steps. No column-mapping wizard.

1

Upload the statement

Drag in a PDF, a scan, or a phone photo. Password-protected and multi-page files are fine.

2

We read and reconcile

Every transaction is extracted and checked against the opening and closing balance before anything exports.

3

Import into QuickBooks

Download the .qbo and import it as a Web Connect bank feed. XLSX and CSV are in the same download.

Questions worth answering

Short answers. If your case is not here, email [email protected].

Will QuickBooks actually accept the .qbo file?
Yes. It is valid OFX 1.02 / QuickBooks Web Connect. Online, Desktop and Self-Employed all read it through the standard bank-feed import.
What if my statement is scanned, not a real PDF?
OCR runs first. Scans, password-protected files, multi-column and multi-page statements all work. If a page cannot reconcile, you see which one failed instead of a silent error.
Which banks are supported?
Every US bank and most international ones. Chase, BofA, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, US Bank, PNC, Truist, regional credit unions, plus around 80 dedicated parsers. Unknown banks are handled by the general model.
How do I upload bank statements to QuickBooks Online?
Convert the PDF here, download the .qbo, then in QuickBooks Online go to Transactions, Bank transactions, Upload from file. The statement imports as a regular bank feed.
What happens to my data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete any statement from your dashboard and it is gone. Paid plans add zero-retention if you need it.
