Pacific City Bank, now branded PCB Bank, is the Los Angeles Koreatown business bank founded in 2003 and held by PCB Bancorp (NASDAQ: PCB), with about $3.4 billion in assets. It is the third-largest Korean-American bank after Bank of Hope and Hanmi, with full-service branches in California, New York, and New Jersey and loan production offices in several more states. The bank renamed itself from Pacific City Bank to PCB Bank on August 25, 2022, so the website is now mypcbbank.com. If you keep an SBA or small-business account here and live in QuickBooks, upload a PCB Bank PDF statement at the top of this page to get a clean .QBO file.
The converter turns a Pacific City Bank or PCB Bank PDF statement into a .qbo Web Connect file that imports into QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, plus matching Excel and CSV copies. Every transaction keeps its date, description, and amount, and the parsed total is checked against the statement total before you export. This page explains the name change, how PCB Bank works with QuickBooks, and how to import the converted file.
Built for the statements US banks actually send, checked before it exports.
The converter adds up the transactions it parsed and matches that to the statement total before you export, so nothing is silently dropped.
Valid OFX 1.02 with QuickBooks Web Connect headers. Online and Desktop import it as a standard bank feed.
OCR runs before parsing, so a scanned or photographed paper statement comes out the same as a digital PDF.
Bulk upload for catch-up and cleanup work. Each file gets its own reconciliation check and its own exports.
Enter the password on upload. Multi-column and multi-page statement layouts are parsed too.
One conversion, three files: the .qbo for QuickBooks, an XLSX to review, and a CSV for everything else.
Three steps. No column-mapping wizard.
Drag in a PDF, a scan, or a phone photo. Password-protected and multi-page files are fine.
Every transaction is extracted and checked against the statement total. You see the parsed rows before exporting.
Download the .qbo and import it as a Web Connect bank feed. Excel and CSV are in the same download.

Yes. Pacific City Bank rebranded to PCB Bank on August 25, 2022, while the holding company kept the name PCB Bancorp (NASDAQ: PCB). The bank, the branches, and your accounts are the same; only the name and website changed, from Pacific City Bank to PCB Bank at mypcbbank.com. People still search the old name, so both work here. It is a different company from Pacific Premier Bank and from Central Pacific Bank in Hawaii, so do not use their QuickBooks instructions for this account.
We could not find any published QuickBooks, Quicken, Web Connect, or Direct Connect support on PCB Bank's website, and the bank does not appear in Intuit's documented financial institution list. That is common for a roughly $3 billion business-first community bank focused on SBA and commercial lending. So there is likely no automatic bank feed to set up at all, which makes converting the PDF statement to a .qbo file with the tool above the reliable way to get PCB Bank transactions into QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
The most likely reason is that PCB Bank does not offer a QuickBooks bank feed, so there is no connection to establish, rather than a connection that is failing. PCB Bank runs separate logins for personal online banking, business online banking, and cash management, which is typical of a small commercial bank that has not built consumer aggregation. Instead of chasing a feed that may not exist, download the statement as a PDF and convert it: the file holds every transaction PCB Bank printed, and the converter turns it into something QuickBooks imports directly.
Sign in to PCB Bank online banking or business online banking at mypcbbank.com, open the account, and look for any export or download option. If a Quicken or QuickBooks format is offered, use it; if only the statement is available, save it as a PDF. Import a .qbo file in QuickBooks Online through Transactions, then Bank transactions, then Upload from file, or in QuickBooks Desktop through File, Utilities, Import, Web Connect Files. When no compatible download exists, which is the likely case here, convert the PDF statement instead.
Log in to PCB Bank online banking or business online banking, open the eStatements or documents area, choose the account and the month you want, and save it as a PDF. PCB Bank does not publish how long statements stay online, so the window may be limited and older statements might require contacting the branch, which is a good reason to save your own copies as they post. The converter reads any of these PDFs the same way, so a recent statement and an older one both produce a clean .qbo file.
Convert the PCB Bank PDF to a .qbo file with the converter above, then import that file. In QuickBooks Online, go to Transactions, then Bank transactions, then Upload from file, and select the .qbo. In QuickBooks Desktop, use File, Utilities, Import, Web Connect Files. QuickBooks asks which account the transactions belong to and then routes them into the banking review queue for matching and categorizing, the same way a live feed would, so your bookkeeping workflow does not change even though PCB Bank has no feed.
PCB Bank statements convert cleanly whether they come from a personal account or a business and SBA-loan account. They list transactions in date order with a description and an amount, separating deposits and credits from checks, withdrawals, and service charges, with a beginning and ending balance. The converter ignores the summary boxes, daily balance columns, fee schedules, and any inserts, so only real transactions reach your .qbo file. It also reads scanned or photographed statements through OCR the same way it reads a digital PDF, which helps with mailed paper copies.
Accuracy is the part that matters most, because a converter that quietly drops or misreads a transaction costs far more time than it saves. The error usually surfaces during reconciliation, sometimes weeks later, while you chase a few dollars across a long register. This converter totals the transactions it parsed and checks that figure against the statement total before it lets you export, so the .qbo you import reflects every line PCB Bank printed. You review the parsed rows in the preview first, then export once the numbers tie out.
Upload a PDF, see every transaction extracted in seconds. No card to try it.
