To convert a Delta Community Credit Union statement into a QuickBooks file, upload your PDF to the converter at the top of this page and download a .qbo file that QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop both read. Delta Community is the largest credit union in Georgia, with roots serving Delta Air Lines employees and membership now open across metro Atlanta and many employers. Whether you bank as a member or run a business account, the same steps turn a printed statement into clean, dated transactions you can import.
The converter reads every line of the statement, pulling the date, description, and amount, and it keeps the sign on each entry so deposits stay positive and withdrawals stay negative. Before it hands the file back, it runs a balance check: it adds the transactions to your opening balance and compares the result to the closing balance printed on the statement. If the two match, the file is ready to import. It accepts PDFs and images only, and it can also return an Excel or CSV file if you would rather review the data in a spreadsheet first.

Built for the statements US banks actually send, checked before it exports.
The converter adds up the transactions it parsed and matches that to the statement total before you export, so nothing is silently dropped.
Valid OFX 1.02 with QuickBooks Web Connect headers. Online and Desktop import it as a standard bank feed.
OCR runs before parsing, so a scanned or photographed paper statement comes out the same as a digital PDF.
Bulk upload for catch-up and cleanup work. Each file gets its own reconciliation check and its own exports.
Enter the password on upload. Multi-column and multi-page statement layouts are parsed too.
One conversion, three files: the .qbo for QuickBooks, an XLSX to review, and a CSV for everything else.
Three steps. No column-mapping wizard.
Drag in a PDF, a scan, or a phone photo. Password-protected and multi-page files are fine.
Every transaction is extracted and checked against the statement total. You see the parsed rows before exporting.
Download the .qbo and import it as a Web Connect bank feed. Excel and CSV are in the same download.

Yes. Delta Community Credit Union supports Direct Connect, so you can link accounts straight into QuickBooks for Windows once you set up a Direct Connect password in Online Banking. It also publishes Web Connect and QuickBooks Online instructions. When a feed breaks or a business account will not link, the converter fills the gap with a .qbo file.
QuickBooks connects to a bank in one of four ways, and the label matters when something stops working. Direct Connect enrolls you on the bank side, and the credit union may charge a fee for it, so ask Delta Community rather than assume the price. Web Connect means you download a file from Online Banking and import it yourself. Express Web Connect is an aggregator that scrapes your login, which is where the 103, 105, and 108 errors tend to show up. Express Web Connect Plus uses an OAuth token you authorize at the bank site and re-authorize on a schedule (often around 90 business days, sometimes longer), and Intuit does not document it for Desktop.
To use Direct Connect with Delta Community in QuickBooks for Windows, first log in to Delta Community Online Banking, open the Account Services menu, choose Quicken and QuickBooks Direct Connect, and set up a unique Direct Connect password. That password is separate from your normal Online Banking password. Then in QuickBooks go to Banking, Bank Feeds, Set Up Bank Feed for an Account, type Delta Community Credit Union, and enter your Online Banking username with the Direct Connect password.
Delta Community also publishes Direct Connect to Web Connect conversion guides for QuickBooks for Windows and Mac, which means some members are being moved off Direct Connect onto Web Connect. If that happens to your accounts, or if a Direct Connect feed simply stops pulling one day, the converter gives you a .qbo file for the exact statement period without waiting on support. It is also the practical route for multi-year history that a live feed cannot backfill.
Log in to Delta Community Online Banking, open Statements or eStatements, pick the account and the month you need, and download the statement as a PDF. Save each period as its own file. The mobile app can display statements too, but a full PDF downloaded from the browser gives the converter the cleanest text to read.
If you only see recent months online, that is normal for many credit unions. Older statements may sit behind an archive or need a request to Member Care. Grab everything that is available now so you are not stitching the history together later. If your account combines checking, savings, and a credit card on one page, download each account section separately when the site allows it, since QuickBooks maps one register at a time and mixed pages are harder to reconcile.
Name each file so you can tell periods apart, for example DeltaCommunity-Checking-2026-06.pdf. When you convert several months, doing them one at a time keeps each resulting .qbo file small and easy to reconcile.
In QuickBooks Online go to Transactions, then Bank transactions, then Upload from file, and select the .qbo file from the converter. QuickBooks Online accepts QBO, QFX, and CSV, with a limit of 350KB and 1,000 lines per upload. Convert one statement period at a time so a busy account stays under that line limit.
If an upload is rejected for size, split the period in half and convert each part on its own. A single busy month can pass 1,000 lines once every card swipe and transfer is counted, so splitting is common on active business accounts.
Newly imported transactions land in the For Review tab. QuickBooks will suggest categories, but check them against the statement, especially transfers between your Delta Community accounts, which should not be booked as income or expense.
In QuickBooks Desktop go to Banking, then Bank Feeds, then Import Web Connect File, and select the .qbo file. Web Connect reads only .qbo, so make sure the converter gives you that format. A .qfx file, the Quicken flavor, is rejected by Desktop, which is a common reason an import quietly fails.
If Desktop refuses the file, confirm the extension is .qbo and not .qfx. The converter defaults to the Web Connect .qbo format, so a fresh export usually clears the problem on the first try.
Business accounts often sit on a separate digital banking platform from personal membership, and QuickBooks treats each institution as one unique connection. So your personal Delta Community login may connect while the business login does not, because they are effectively two different services behind the same name.
Aggregator connections make this worse. Express Web Connect scrapes the login, and when the business platform changes or adds a security step, QuickBooks throws 103, 105, or 108 errors. For help with the business side, Delta Community lists business support at 404-677-4659, option 1. Business products include Business Checking, the Business Value Checking Account (no monthly service fee when you keep a low minimum balance), a Business Visa Debit Card, Online Banking, Online Deposit, and automatic overdraft protection from savings.
While you sort out the feed, you do not have to fall behind. Download the business statement as a PDF, run it through the converter, and import the .qbo file so the books stay current no matter what the aggregator is doing. Many Delta Community business owners keep this workflow permanently, converting each month's statement rather than depending on a scraped connection that can drop without warning during a busy close.
There are three practical paths, and most people end up using more than one over the life of a set of books.
| Method | How it works | Best for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Live bank feed | Direct Connect, Web Connect, or an aggregator pulls new transactions automatically | Day-to-day bookkeeping going forward | Feeds break, and aggregator errors (103, 105, 108) interrupt the sync |
| File download | Download a Web Connect .qbo file from Online Banking and import it | Members whose accounts already offer a direct .qbo export | Not every account or period offers a downloadable file |
| PDF converted to .qbo | Convert the PDF statement with the tool on this page | Business accounts, broken feeds, and multi-year history | Keep each period under the QuickBooks Online size and line limits |
If a feed is running cleanly, let it run. Reach for the converter when the feed is down, when a business account will not link, or when you need to load months or years the feed never captured.
Delta Community does not clearly publish how long statements stay available online, so treat the retention window as uncertain. Online Banking usually shows a rolling range of recent months, and anything older may need to be requested from Member Care before you can download it.
If you are catching up a year or more of books, ask Delta Community for the older statements first, then convert them in order. It is easier to gather the full set up front than to discover a gap halfway through the reconciliation.
Once you have the PDFs, the converter handles the history a live feed cannot. Feeds typically load only the last 90 days, so a multi-year cleanup almost always comes from converted statements rather than a bank connection. Work oldest to newest, reconcile each period as you go, and the closing balance on one statement should line up with the opening balance on the next, which is a quick way to prove nothing was skipped.
Every conversion ends with a balance check. The tool sums the transactions it read and compares the running total against the closing balance printed on your Delta Community statement. When the numbers agree, you can trust that no line was dropped or doubled before you import.
It reads the date, description, and amount on each line and preserves the deposit and withdrawal signs, so your register direction is correct on import. It works from PDFs and images only, and it can also output Excel or CSV when you want to eyeball the data before it reaches QuickBooks.
Delta Community sets its own terms for Direct Connect, and any fee is decided by the credit union, not QuickBooks. We do not quote a price here. Check current details in Online Banking or with Member Care before you enroll.
No. QuickBooks Desktop Web Connect reads only .qbo. A .qfx is the Quicken flavor and Desktop rejects it. The converter gives you a .qbo file so Import Web Connect File accepts it the first time.
Business banking often runs on a different platform from personal membership, and QuickBooks sees each as its own connection. The personal login can succeed while the business one fails. Converting the business PDF to .qbo sidesteps the problem entirely.
QuickBooks Online Upload from file accepts QBO, QFX, and CSV, up to 350KB and 1,000 lines per upload. Converting one Delta Community statement period at a time keeps each file under those limits.
Yes. The converter works from any Delta Community PDF, keeps deposit and withdrawal signs, and balance-checks each file against the printed closing balance, which is what you want when reconciling a client's account. Excel and CSV output are available for review.
