A2X costs from $29 a month for one sales channel at up to 200 orders, and the price rises with order volume. You pay a separate plan for each channel you connect (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, PayPal or Walmart), so a seller on Shopify and Amazon is buying two ladders, not one, unless they switch to the A2X Multi bundle that starts at $89 a month for two channels and 1,000 combined orders.
The headline $29 is real, but it is the smallest plan on every ladder: 200 orders a month, one store or merchant ID, and only three months of history. Most sellers who are already doing real volume land somewhere between $79 and $229 a month, and Walmart has no $29 tier at all.
Figures below were read from A2X's own pricing pages for every channel in October 2026, in US dollars. A2X notes its prices exclude any applicable Canadian GST, PST or HST. The pages list monthly prices only and show no annual discount. Confirm on the vendor page before you subscribe.
A2X pricing by sales channel in October 2026
Every channel has its own price ladder, measured in orders per month. The entry plan and the point at which history becomes unlimited differ by channel, which is why two sellers with the same volume can pay different amounts.
| Channel | Entry plan | Orders per month | History on entry plan | When history becomes unlimited |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon | Mini $29 | 200 | 3 months | Standard 10k, $159 |
| Shopify | Mini $29 | 200 | 3 months | Premium 5k, $115 |
| Etsy | Mini $29 | 200 | 3 months | Standard 10k, $159 |
| eBay | Mini $29 | 200 | 3 months | Standard 10k, $159 |
| TikTok Shop | Mini $29 | 200 | 3 months | Premium 5k, $115 |
| PayPal | Mini $29 | 200 transactions | 3 months | Premium 5k, $115 |
| Walmart | Establish $79 | 2,000 | 12 months | Elevate, $159 |
| A2X Multi (2 channels) | Multi 1K $89 | 1,000 combined | Max history | Every Multi plan |
Two unit details matter before you pick a plan. PayPal is counted in transactions, not orders, so a store that takes many small PayPal payments can outgrow the 200 limit faster than its order count suggests. And on Amazon, the entry plans cover one merchant ID. Amazon usually issues a separate merchant ID for each region (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and South America), so a seller in the US and the UK is outside the Mini, Starter and Standard plans from day one.
The Amazon and Shopify price ladders in full
These are the two channels most QuickBooks Online sellers connect first. Both ladders run past 100,000 orders a month, with custom pricing above 250,000.
| Orders per month | Amazon plan | Amazon price | Shopify plan | Shopify price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 200 | Mini | $29 | Mini | $29 |
| Up to 500 | Starter (to 1,000) | $59 | Basic | $45 |
| Up to 1,000 | Starter | $59 | Professional (to 2,000) | $79 |
| Up to 2,000 | Standard (to 5,000) | $79 | Professional | $79 |
| Up to 5,000 | Standard | $79 | Premium 5k | $115 |
| Up to 10,000 | Standard 10k | $159 | Premium 10k | $159 |
| Up to 15,000 | Premium 15k | $229 | Premium 15k | $229 |
| Up to 20,000 | Premium 20k | $289 | Premium 20k | $289 |
| Up to 30,000 | Premium 30k | $399 | Premium 30k | $399 |
| Up to 50,000 | Premium 50k | $579 | Premium 50k | $579 |
| Up to 100,000 | Premium 100k | $1,039 | Premium 100k | $1,039 |
Amazon's Standard plan at $79 is the best value on either ladder: it covers up to 5,000 orders and 24 months of history. Shopify's equivalent volume costs $115 on Premium 5k, which also moves you to five stores, unlimited history and premium one-to-one support. Amazon Premium plans include five merchant IDs (ten from Premium 100k), which is the cheapest single-channel route for a seller in several Amazon regions.
When A2X Multi is cheaper than separate plans
A2X Multi puts several channels under one subscription and counts orders across all of them. The question is simply whether one Multi plan costs less than the separate single-channel plans you would otherwise stack.
| Seller | Separate plans | Monthly total | Multi plan | Multi price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify 400 orders, Amazon US 300 orders | Shopify Basic + Amazon Starter | $104 | Multi 1K (2 channels) | $89 |
| Shopify 1,500, Amazon 1,500, Etsy 300 | Shopify Professional + Amazon Standard + Etsy Basic | $203 | Multi 5K (4 channels) | $169 |
| Shopify 150 orders, PayPal 120 transactions | Shopify Mini + PayPal Mini | $58 | Multi 1K (2 channels) | $89 |
| Amazon US and Amazon UK, 3,000 orders | Two merchant IDs rule out Standard | Premium 15k $229 | Multi 5K, if each region counts as a channel | $169 |
For very small two-channel sellers, two Mini plans still beat Multi. The crossover comes once either channel leaves its Mini tier. On the multi-region row, A2X's FAQ points sellers in several Amazon regions toward Multi, but it does not spell out how regions map to Multi's channel count, so ask support before you rely on the $169 figure. The Multi ladder continues at $229 for 10,000 combined orders across five channels, $289 for 15,000, $359 for 20,000, $499 for 30,000 and $1,299 for 100,000 across ten channels.
What A2X charges for catch-up history
History is the line item that surprises sellers who are behind on their books. The Mini plans pull only three months of past settlements, so a store that is a year behind cannot catch up on the $29 plan.
A2X's own FAQ describes the workaround: subscribe to a plan with maximum history, pull in the back periods, then downgrade to the plan that fits your normal volume. For a small Amazon seller that means one month on Standard 10k at $159 and then Mini at $29, or about $130 more than staying on Mini for that month. For Amazon Pay, A2X caps history at 24 months regardless of plan. Archived settlement files in Seller Central have to be unarchived before A2X can read them.
That covers the sales channel side. The other half of a catch-up job is the bank and credit card accounts the payouts land in, and A2X does not touch those. The QuickBooks Online bank feed reaches back only about 90 days, so older months usually arrive as PDF statements. Our catch-up bookkeeping workflow for QuickBooks turns a year of those PDFs into .qbo files you can import, so the payout deposits A2X posts have bank lines to match against.
What every A2X plan includes
All plans include cost of goods sold posting, email and live chat support, and a 30-minute onboarding session to set up mappings and your first reconciliation. Premium tiers add premium one-to-one support and a 60-minute onboarding session. The COGS feature calculates cost per SKU per payout and posts it to QuickBooks, so your SKU costs need to be right before you switch it on. A store that already plans stock with dedicated inventory forecasting software usually has clean landed costs to load.
The free trial gives full access to every feature and lets you post three settlements to your accounting system. The pricing pages name QuickBooks Online, Xero and NetSuite as the supported ledgers. QuickBooks Desktop is not listed, which matters for the many sellers still on a Desktop company file.
Who A2X is priced for, and where a statement converter fits
A2X is the right purchase for a seller whose problem is the payout itself. A Shopify or Amazon deposit is a net figure after fees, refunds, reserves and taxes, and A2X splits each settlement into those parts so revenue and fees land in the right QuickBooks accounts. At $29 to $159 a month for most small and mid-size stores, that is good value, and nothing that reads a bank statement replaces it.
It is not built for the rest of the books. Business checking, the card you pay ads and suppliers with, a loan account and older months with no feed all still need to reach QuickBooks some other way. That is where a converter earns its place alongside A2X, and for sellers on QuickBooks Desktop, where the only bank import route is a .qbo file, it is often the only route.

Frequently asked questions
How much does A2X cost?
A2X starts at $29 a month per sales channel for up to 200 orders and three months of history. Typical small and mid-size stores pay $79 to $229 a month per channel. Walmart starts at $79, and A2X Multi, which combines channels in one subscription, starts at $89 a month for two channels and 1,000 combined orders.
Does A2X charge per order?
Not per order directly. A2X charges a flat monthly price for a band of orders, such as up to 200, 500, 1,000 or 5,000 a month. Your plan is set by your order volume, so a busy season can push you into the next tier. PayPal plans count transactions instead of orders.
Does A2X have a free trial?
Yes. A2X's trial gives full access to all features and lets you post three settlements to your accounting system before you choose a plan. The trial also shows your actual order count once it connects to your seller account, which is the easiest way to see which tier you need.
Is A2X Multi cheaper than separate plans?
Usually, once either channel outgrows its $29 Mini tier. A Shopify and Amazon seller with 400 and 300 orders pays $104 on separate plans or $89 on Multi 1K. Two very small channels on Mini plans cost $58 together, which is cheaper than Multi.
Does A2X work with QuickBooks Desktop?
A2X's pricing pages list QuickBooks Online, Xero and NetSuite as supported accounting systems and do not list QuickBooks Desktop. Desktop users can still import bank and card activity as .qbo files through Web Connect, which is the only bank import route Desktop offers.
Is A2X worth it for a small ecommerce business?
For a store with steady marketplace payouts, yes. Splitting each settlement into sales, fees and refunds by hand takes far longer than $29 to $79 a month is worth. It does not replace getting bank and credit card statements into QuickBooks, which most sellers handle with the bank feed or a .qbo converter.
