Bank of Jackson Hole has served the Jackson Hole valley in Teton County, Wyoming since 1982, and since October 2022 it has operated as a division of NBH Bank, N.A., whose parent is National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC). It is a community bank built around a resort and mountain-town economy: local businesses, real estate, and the seasonal cash flows that come with both. NBHC carries about $12.6 billion in assets after closing the Vista Bancshares deal in January 2026. Plenty of the bank's business customers keep their books in QuickBooks. If you bank with Bank of Jackson Hole and need your transactions in QuickBooks, upload a PDF statement at the top of this page to get a clean .QBO file.
The converter turns a Bank of Jackson Hole PDF statement into a .qbo Web Connect file that imports into QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, plus matching Excel and CSV copies. Every transaction keeps its date, description, and amount, and the parsed total is checked against the statement total before you export. This page covers the NBH acquisition and what it did to the bank feed, how the bank connects to QuickBooks, and how to import the file.
Built for the statements US banks actually send, checked before it exports.
The converter adds up the transactions it parsed and matches that to the statement total before you export, so nothing is silently dropped.
Valid OFX 1.02 with QuickBooks Web Connect headers. Online and Desktop import it as a standard bank feed.
OCR runs before parsing, so a scanned or photographed paper statement comes out the same as a digital PDF.
Bulk upload for catch-up and cleanup work. Each file gets its own reconciliation check and its own exports.
Enter the password on upload. Multi-column and multi-page statement layouts are parsed too.
One conversion, three files: the .qbo for QuickBooks, an XLSX to review, and a CSV for everything else.
Three steps. No column-mapping wizard.
Drag in a PDF, a scan, or a phone photo. Password-protected and multi-page files are fine.
Every transaction is extracted and checked against the statement total. You see the parsed rows before exporting.
Download the .qbo and import it as a Web Connect bank feed. Excel and CSV are in the same download.

It very likely did, at least once. National Bank Holdings completed its acquisition of Bancshares of Jackson Hole on October 3, 2022, and moved the bank onto NBH's core systems over the weekend of December 3 to 4, 2022. Customers got new debit cards to activate, and core conversions like that routinely force QuickBooks and Quicken users to deactivate and reactivate the bank feed and re-link the account. The bank kept the Bank of Jackson Hole name, so your statement still reads the same, but the connection underneath changed. When a relink stalls, converting the PDF statement gets your transactions into QuickBooks without waiting on the feed.
Bank of Jackson Hole runs on NBH Bank's shared platform, and sibling NBH divisions document Direct Connect and Web Connect for QuickBooks and Quicken, so a connection is generally possible. The Bank of Jackson Hole website itself does not publish a QuickBooks page or spell out the method, and aggregated feeds in particular stall after a login or platform change. Rather than depend on a feed that may not refresh, you can convert the PDF statement and get the same transactions in a .qbo file QuickBooks imports directly, regardless of which method your profile supports.
Bank feeds break after routine changes: a password reset, a new multi-factor prompt, a banking app update, or a platform change on the bank's side. The biggest one here was the December 2022 systems conversion to NBH, but ordinary maintenance can interrupt the connection too, and National Bank Holdings has kept acquiring and integrating banks since. When the feed goes quiet or imports nothing, the dependable fix is to import the statement, and converting the PDF to .qbo is the cleanest way to do that without troubleshooting the connection repeatedly.
A native one-click .QBO or .QFX export is not something Bank of Jackson Hole documents, so do not count on it. The bank does keep eStatements online for the previous seven years, which is a strong PDF archive but still a document window rather than a QuickBooks feed. For any period you need in QuickBooks, including the months around the 2022 conversion, converting the PDF is the dependable path. The converter produces a .qbo file plus Excel and CSV copies, so you get a clean import without relying on the feed being available that day.
Confirm the entity before you connect anything. This page is about Bank of Jackson Hole in Jackson, Wyoming, at bankofjacksonhole.com, now a division of NBH Bank. It is not The Bank of Jackson in Jackson, Tennessee, an unrelated institution that shows up in the same searches, and it is not one of the generic banks with Jackson in the name. In QuickBooks, look for the Bank of Jackson Hole brand, not the parent name National Bank Holdings or NBH Bank. Matching the wrong entity connects the wrong institution, which the converter avoids because you assign the account yourself.
Sign in to Bank of Jackson Hole online banking, open the account, and go to the statements or documents area, then choose the statement period and save it as a PDF. You may need to enroll in eStatements first to see the archive, which runs back seven years. Older transactions often live only inside those statement PDFs once they age out of the live feed, which is exactly when conversion helps, especially for the period before and after the December 2022 conversion. The converter reads a recent statement and an older one the same way.
Convert the PDF to a .qbo file with the converter above, then import that file. In QuickBooks Online, go to Transactions, then Bank transactions, then Upload from file, and select the .qbo. In QuickBooks Desktop, use File, Utilities, Import, Web Connect Files. QuickBooks asks which account the transactions belong to and then drops them into the banking review queue for matching and categorizing, the same way a live feed would. Because you choose the account yourself, you also avoid linking to the wrong Jackson bank or to the NBH parent name by mistake.
Accuracy is the part that matters most, because a converter that quietly drops or misreads a transaction costs far more time than it saves. The error usually surfaces during reconciliation, sometimes weeks later, while you chase a few dollars across a long register. This converter totals the transactions it parsed and checks that figure against the statement total before it lets you export, so the .qbo you import reflects every line Bank of Jackson Hole printed. You review the parsed rows in the preview first, then export once the numbers tie out.
Upload a PDF, see every transaction extracted in seconds. No card to try it.

Start by uploading a Bank of Jackson Hole statement in the converter above. Because it shares NBH Bank's systems, the same steps apply if you convert a Community Banks of Colorado statement to QuickBooks or a Bank Midwest statement to QuickBooks, its sister divisions. If your books live in Excel instead, the same statement can become a spreadsheet with the bank statement to Excel converter, and a seasonal business buried in vendor bills can pair it with accounts payable automation.
